This notice covers the rocklogik.ca website, operated by RockLogik AI of Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. Data collected from installed monitoring systems is governed by the customer's programme agreement, not by this page.

What we collect on this site

• The contact form. Your name, email address, company or site, approximate fleet size, the topic you chose and your message, along with the IP address and browser identifier of the request. We keep this so we can reply and so we have a record of the conversation.
• Server logs. Standard web-server access logs, retained for a limited period for security and to keep the site running.
• No tracking. The site sets only the cookie the framework needs to protect the form against forgery. There is no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking script.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, and for nothing else. Form submissions are routed to the inbox for the topic you selected and are read by one of the partners. We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties for their own purposes.

Who processes it for us

The site is hosted on a server in a commercial data centre and email notifications are sent through a transactional email provider. Both act under our instructions. If you would like the current list of providers, ask at [email protected].

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then removed. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.

Your rights

Under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected].

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
